Requirements to be met by bursary winners
- The bursary winner is responsible for delivery/collection of unframed examples of field work made on the course. These should be delivered to the Mall galleries :-

well in advance of the hanging day of the annual exhibition (see submissions page). These are typically arranged in display cabinets or hung using magnets.
Packaging will be retained during the exhibition and the work re-packaged at close of exhibition. Arrangements for collection of the unframed work should be made by the bursary winner. Details for collection dates will be the same as for unsold framed work (see submissions page).
The couriers listed on the page below may be helpful.
- One framed piece given free entry to the exhibition. Tutors will be happy to advise on what might work best in the exhibition. This should be delivered to the Mall galleries for RECEIVING DAY (see submissions page). This piece is subject to the selection process and there is no guarantee that it will be hung in the Natural Eye exhibition.
The bursary winner is responsible for delivery/collection of framed work.
- Five hundred words about the experience on the course for use in the newsletter, catalogue and website along with good quality scans/photos of artwork (300dpi minimum) to accompany the write up . Photos, especially of bursary winners at work, or showing their course experience are also helpful. Please email these to email@example.com . These should ideally be supplied by the end of July immediately following the course (see submissions page) so that they can be used for exhibition publicity/catalogue, as well as helping to advertise the following years bursaries.
- Up to 6 additional framed pieces may be submitted as non members (see submissions page). The link below should give extra details including prices.
If your registration numbers are not listed, your work has not been accepted on this occasion.
